Cooking & Dinner Experience + Sicilian Winetasting & Sunset Experience
First, Franco will personally escort you through his garden, revealing the origins of the vegetables that will later grace our dinner table. Under the expert guidance of Franca and Irene, immerse yourself in the art of crafting Trapani’s traditional “busiata” or “casarecce” pasta and the beloved cannolo, which will be cooked later for the dinner.
We will divide the extended dinner into two parts. First, experience the antipasto with a taste of authentic sicilian flavors. Then, we will move from Caliafarm to the land just 5 minutes away, where we will have the sicilian winetasting & Sunset event. Wander to the vineyard where Franco’s grapes transform into wine and witness the enchanting sunset over the landscape. Guided by an expert, indulge in a tasting of some exceptional Sicilian wines, gaining valuable insights into their unique qualities.
After the sunset, we will start the second part of the dinner experience. Share the evening with Franco, Franca, and Irene as you savor a sumptuous meal prepared with the freshest ingredients from Franco’s garden. From the welcoming antipasto enjoyed before the wine tasting to the satisfying primo crafted with your own hands, a secondo, and culminating with a delectable dessert – the cannolo you’ve made – every course is a journey through the flavors of Trapani. Immerse yourself in the convivial atmosphere of a true Italian gathering, making your culinary experience at Caliafarm truly unforgettable.

Service Conditions:
- Deposit an amount of 15% to book today your slot. For each slot, there has to be a min of 2 person per event. In case we do not have sufficient bookings on a day, we will move your booking to nearest next available day where the event can be happen. You would be informed for this change.
- Children under 5 years old do not need to pay, while children under 12 years old pay 50% of the experience cost (except for the wine experience, where they do not to pay). Payment for children will be made after the experience, without the need for a prior deposit. Simply send us an email specifying the number of children and their ages. Thank you!
CANCECELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Any damages to Calia Farm property during the event will be the responsibility of the client. - TIMETABLE:
