Arrival & Welcome
The retreat begins in western Sicily, where you settle into the countryside and ease into island life. The first day is about slowing down: food in the garden, wine, rest, and a gentle walk through a historic Sicilian town. Dinner is always local, simple, and deeply rooted in the place.
Sea, Islands & Salt Air
One full day dedicated to the sea. Boats, turquoise water, sun, and long lunches that turn into conversations. The pace is relaxed — nothing rushed, nothing forced.
Food, Hands & Traditions
Cooking is not a performance here — it’s participation. This day centers around Sicilian food culture: ingredients, techniques, stories, and a shared dinner made together. Beach time and countryside time balance the experience.
History, Villages & Sunsets
Sicily is layers. A day devoted to medieval towns, stone streets, views that stop you mid-sentence, and pastries you remember long after. As the sun goes down, wine comes out — always somewhere meaningful.
Land, Oil & Local Makers
This day explores Sicily’s agricultural soul. Cheese, olive oil, markets, and the people who still work with their hands. The afternoon slows down — pool, countryside, silence — before a special evening near the salt flats.
Nature or Nothing at All
One day stays flexible by design. It may become a nature day — hiking, sea coves, coastal villages — or a full slow day with no agenda at all. In Sicily, doing less is part of doing it right.
The Final Festa
The retreat ends the Sicilian way: together. A long table, a celebratory dinner, music, wine, laughter, and one last shared moment. A goodbye that doesn’t feel like one.

Absolutely! Many guests come solo. You’ll pay the full room price, but you’ll have your own private space and join a wonderful group of people.
Yes! The suite fits up to 4 people. If you’re 3, you’ll pay €10,000 total (about €3,333 each). Still great value with a private terrace!
Yes. Flights are not included. Fly into Palermo (PMO) or Trapani (TPS) — we’ll pick you up!
Yes! Local Sicilian wine with meals is included. We want you to enjoy the full experience.
Full refund if you cancel 90+ days before. 50% refund if 60-89 days. No refund if less than 60 days.
We’ll arrange your pickup from Palermo or Trapani airport. Just share your flight details after booking!
